Generous and glossy with a lovely burnt topping and evenly baked, flaky, well-laminated pastry. The custard is rich and tasty with good levels of vanilla—outstanding in flavor and texture. If you could match this with the pastry, it would receive a higher award. These are generously filled, deep Pastel de Nata tartlets. They have a thick, crisp, flaky pastry and plenty of smooth, soft custard. They are not too sweet either, which is a big bonus. We think these have been very well made and deliver as expected. - Great Taste Judge
